Our Management team is responsible for ensuring each process complies with the requirements of ISO 9001.<\/p><p>Each director, manager and supervisor are mandated to self-manage their work team through periodic internal assessments\/audits. With departmental management reviews on compliance to documented procedures, work instructions to align their departmental system&#8217;s effectiveness and efficiency to the overall corporate management system.<\/p><p>Any deficiency or non-conformance identified in the process, can be addressed through Improvement Action Plans to speedily undertake the corrective and longer term
