Over the years, she progressed through various roles, becoming an Associate, then Senior Associate, and ultimately a Partner in January 2021.<\/p>\n
As a Partner at CTS, a top-tier litigation firm, she focuses on corporate and commercial court disputes. With over thirteen (13) years of experience, she has represented high-profile individuals and public listed companies in complex matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, fiduciary and statutory duty violations, conspiracy and fraud. She has also successfully negotiated and drafted complex settlement agreements to resolve litigated cases.<\/p>\n
She has also led trials, conducted hearings at all court levels and assisted senior counsels in Federal Court matters.
