Ms. Michelle Tan Yen Phing (“Ms. Michelle”) is currently the Director of Earth Investment Bank, Labuan, where she is responsible for corporate governance, fiduciary accountability and regulatory compliance with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) requirements.

Ms. Michelle is also the Group Chief Operating Officer of Superior Land Sdn. Bhd., who leads the development and execution of the company’s organisational strategy, risk management framework, operational policies and business plans. She also oversees statutory compliance, legal and contractual matters, human resources, accounting and sales functions, while providing strategic advice to stakeholders and management on business direction and organisational performance.

Prior to her current position, she served as a Senior Law Lecturer at several higher education institutions across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, bringing with her a strong academic and legal background.
